A group for couples
Open to couples at any stage, including those merging families and learning to lead a household together.
Every relationship has room to grow. This is a place to do that work.
Most couples wait until things feel serious before reaching out. This group is for couples who want to be proactive, to understand each other better, break patterns that keep repeating, and build something more durable. You will meet with other couples, facilitated by a trained clinician, in a space that is honest, private, and free of charge.
This group might be right for you
01
You are building a blended family, navigating co-parenting, stepparenting, and figuring out how to be a couple in the middle of all of it.
02
You keep having the same argument and neither of you knows how to make it stop.
03
You want to feel more connected but are not sure what is getting in the way.
04
You are open to hearing from other couples and letting their experiences reflect something back to you.
05
You are willing to be honest, even when it is uncomfortable, because that is where real change happens.
