Gaby Gochez, MFTT

My name is Gaby. I am currently pursuing my path toward becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist and feel deeply drawn to this work because therapy has been one of the most life-changing and meaningful parts of my own life. Through both my lived experiences and previous work experiences, I have developed a strong belief in the importance of empathy, trauma-informed care, and creating spaces grounded in safety and stabilization. Healthy communication and supportive relationships are often foundational to healing and growth. I am especially passionate about viewing people through a systemic lens and understanding how trauma, family dynamics, culture, and community all shape emotional well-being and relationships. What continues to draw me to this field is my curiosity about people, my love for meaningful connection, and my excitement to continue learning while supporting individuals, families, and communities through challenging periods of life.
