You hold space for everyone. This space is for you.
A weekly relational space for clinicians to slow down, be witnessed, and speak honestly about the personal impact of the work.
What can come into the room
- Vicarious trauma and burnout
- Countertransference and difficult cases
- Ethical uncertainty and fear of getting it wrong
- Perfectionism, shame, and impostor experiences
- Grief, endings, and the clients who stay with you
- Professional isolation, boundaries, and relationship strain
- Caseload pressure, systemic demands, and professional sustainability
- Identity beyond the therapist role
